From October 4 through 7 I will be part of a Kairos team ministering to the residents of the Dick Conners Correctional Center in Hominy Oklahoma. I have been part of this ministry for over 10 years and it has been a tremendous blessing to me. One of the things I do as part of the team is to help provide music by playing Harmonica and djembe drum. My drum needed tuning and as I worked on it I was inspired to decorate the head wih scripture and ornamentation. I was so pleased with the results that I want to share it wih you. If you are curious to know what Kairos is please link to http://www.kairosprisonministry.org/
God bless you every one.

The View from Chandler Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma
My friend Smokey likes to run around up in Chandler Park when he has it to himself. We spent a nice afternoon and enjoyed the Tulsa skyline from on top of the hill.
The Arkansas River runs up the West side of downtown Tulsa then turns West to Sand Springs. Chandler Park is on the West side of the river and looks out across the river both East to Tulsa and to the North.
Looking North
Looking East across the Arkansas River is a great view of Tulsa.
Down on the West bank of the Arkansas.
The river is a great place for the University of Tulsa's Women's Rowing team to practice.
